Log message:
Simplified the configure tests for MMX, fbdev and sdl.
Set SDL_CFLAGS and SDL_LIBS using $SDL_CONFIG so that people can specify
which sdl-config to use.
Use SDL_CFLAGS and SDL_LIBS in the Makefile.
